I was able to take my time, had all my questions answered and didn’t feel pressured or scammed. My partner had previously bought a car from them- specifically sales officer Rawnok- he looked after us both very well each time. When time to purchase a bigger car in the future, I will be back

Panny, the salesman who assisted me, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. The purchase process was smooth and straightforward, with everything clearly explained. I felt well looked after and never rushed. The car itself was in fantastic condition and exactly what I was looking for.

My experience at Vertu Vauxhall Chingford could have been better because i felt it was very rushed. I was crammed into a couple hours, with another customer. Felt a lot of information was briefly brushed over, and missed a few important things I didnt recieve a test drive as promised, and was told I would hear from them in 2 weeks, which I have not.
